Banned, then settings reset, and thinks I'm new

I failed to load into a Deadlock match and ended up getting banned. After that, my game crashed, and when I loaded back in, it treated my account like I was new, showing me the six new characters. When I checked my match history, my skill level and previous matches were still there, but all of my original settings had been reset.
