Banned from matchmaking for nothing

I played a game as vyper normally, and we won. I tried queing for another match after completing the previous match, which worked, but I was queing for like 5 minutes and decided to take a break. This was at 7ish. I came back at 9:45, and I was banned until 2am????
I was able to que before, why not now? It doesn't say I played an extra match somehow, and it doesn't tell me why I'm banned, and no, I did not quit the previous game before it fully ended, I waited the whole way through and was even allowed to que after the game, so being banned now makes 0 sense. But I guess I'm just not playing for 5 hours.

Im not sure how to file a complaint

but i was in queue and my game crashed next thing i know im banned for 24 hours anyone know where to file the "report" love the game no hate to it but sucks

yeah same!! i queued a game, started loading in, then im back in the hideout with a two hour ban!!

actually i had a VPN connected, i think that could be causing it. try disabling yr vpns before queing?
