Banned for watching Match while on queue

I was watching a game while on queue with friends. After the match started an option to leave stream was prompt, i did click it and got banned for 30 mins. Why would i have an option to watch a game while on queue then....

I stopped watching games if i need to que

dont leave, just close the window. when you launch the game again, youll be able to join your normal game without any bans
