Banned for not getting kicked out of the game

Valve please do something about your servers. I play from Dubai and you auto queue me to SEA Servers which causes me to get kicked out of my matches all the time, resulting to me getting banned. This is just unfair and this has been going on for almost a week now. I've tried rejoining several times, relaunching steam, boosting my network and still the problem persists.

No match ID shows up at the bottom right and it just takes me back to the lobby. No fun at all.

Update

I was able to reconnect to the game after trying for more than10 times. A few minutes into the game, it froze and kicked me out again (1st photo where I'm just stuck mid air for 5 seconds). Now I'm in low prio. Please do something Valve.

Please fix this.
I have over 400 games and only recently started getting qued into SEA servers, and I've already gotten banned three times because the game just doesn't let me connect. The issue is quite common too, because disconnects are way more frequent on SEA servers than on EU and they generally happen within the first 5 minutes of the game.
From what I've seen the issue is related to steam rerouting connections through Dubai
