Banned for losing connection while in queue

i got banned once a few weeks ago for losing connection during queue and the ban was like 15 minutes. Today the same thing happened and i am now banned for 2 hours. I really dont think that i should receive a ban considering i never ended up in a game to begin with.

just hear to agree, had the same thing happen and got a 24 hour ban for a game that never even existed...

Something similar used to happen to me which got me in low prio 4 times in a row. I sometimes got kicked by the server after 10-15mins in match without any option to reconnect, but only abandon. At some point it stopped, it's been 6 months now since last time this has happened.
