Hello, I just got banned for half hour after my last lobby didn't start.
The lobby started, someone on the enemy team quit/disconnected and after 3 minutes the lobby ended and the end of game stats screen got displayed.
After that, I went back to the main menu to start a new game and the game tells me I'm banned until "3/9/2024 at 22:42".
You can look up the match history for the steam username GoldRightArm and search for a lobby history that lasted 3 minutes close to 21:15 UTC.
