Banned for game freezing

Never had this problem untill the past few days. Game freezes and blocks my screen so I can't go into task manager. Have to restart my computer.

First time I could still rejoin and win the game, got banned anyway the game after.
Second time I was carrying the game, it freezes while I'm pusing a lane. Have to restart, come back, game is finished and I'm banned.

What can I do about this?

Had a game freeze on me first time today in 300h of playtime.

I had the same issue as one of the users above. Game crashed, couldn't get it to reopen. Had to restart my computer and i actually got back in the game and stayed until the end. But I was still banned for 6 hours after the game was over. There should really be a little more leniency towards this kind of thing. While I understand the discipline on those leaving, it's unfair for legitimate players to get penalized for multiple hours or days due to an issue with the game
