BANNED because the game wouldn't allow me to join the game

Just got into a game then got a banned for not being able to join the game and being stuck in the hideout. Please this is not the first time it happens and now I am banned for 24 hours? I didn't abandon match! Please anyone with the ability to remove bans help.

Same issue, got a day long ban because the issue keeps happening and I'm put in low prio queue again.
