Banned because of a bug

I finished a game of street brawl and tried to start another. It started connecting and then timed me out. I tried to rejoin to no avail and the game hadn't even started yet. It just brought up stats of the last game. I abandoned and it gave me a 2 hour time out. I really would like if I wasn't banned because of a bug.

They need to remove bot matches and the tutorial mode from the ban code, I'd like to wish this is just an oversight, but I can't help but believe that someone was dense enough to intentionally make it like this. Because it doesn't seem difficult to catch or realize.
