Banned because game crashed once

Got banned for hours because their game decided to lagg out and crash . The whole game froze and by the time I was able to restart my computer and get back in the round was forfeited and I get penalized . How is that fair . There should be a way to submit a rebuttal or the game should have a bit more leniency. it happen ONCE loading in my first game of the day. This is very frustraighting .

The same happened to me, my SSD broke, and my game crashed. It took me a bit to get it working, but now I'm banned for a day and in low-priority queues. The problem is, crashes and wifi cutouts have made me DC in the past, so I'm slowly building up longer and longer bans, and there's nothing I can do about it. its a really sucky problem, but we just have to deal with it
