Banned after installing Competitive Config – Need clarification

Hello,

I’m posting this to better understand what happened with my account and hopefully get some clarification.

I’ve been playing Deadlock for around 267 hours without any issues, warnings, or prior bans. My account has always been in good standing.

Recently, I followed the setup from this GitHub repository:

After applying the config:

• My game crashed three times consecutively
• I relaunched and was able to queue again
• After completing my first match, I received a permanent ban

I did not install any cheats, injectors, or third-party programs beyond what is included in that config. From my understanding, it contains only configuration and console-related tweaks.

Because of the timing (crashes immediately after installing + instant ban after first match), I’m concerned something in that config may have triggered an automated anti-cheat response.

I would really appreciate if a moderator or developer could:

• Confirm whether any part of this config is considered unsafe or bannable
• Clarify the reason for the permanent ban
• Review my account activity if possible

I’m completely willing to cooperate and provide any additional information needed.

Also, the match I was banned doesn't even show up in my history, making it impossible to link match id.
