Banned after failing to load into game second time today

I queued up for a round, only to be stuck on a loading screen the entire time. Upon failing to load, I try queuing again only to receive a message that I am banned for 1.5 hours.
Immediately after this time i've tryed again to find a match, but get banned for 6 hours/
Plssss, i want to play

I had a similar issue. I got stuck on the loading screen and couldn't join the game even after restarting it. I had to restart twice, but people could leave when I finally loaded, so the match was abandoned. I've been stuck on this loading screen after the first restart. Unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot of the game before I restarted it. Weirdest thing about that is that i don't have the game in my match history. Even thou I eventually loaded into the game.

I recorded the end of the game. I'll upload it after I edit it. (I didn't stop the recording after the game, so I have to cut the end. Also, this forum doesn't allow the mkv video format.)

it is so strange, they didnt allow ppl to rejoin the game , and directly banned us. non-sense.
