Hello,
I was playing Deadlock when the power suddenly went out at my house while I was in the middle of a match. As soon as the power came back, I immediately turned my PC back on and rejoined the match as quickly as possible.
I was able to reconnect to the game and continue playing with my team, and we actually ended up winning the match. However, when I returned to the lobby afterward, I received a penalty of a 1-day ban and 4 matches in the low priority queue.
Since the disconnection happened because of a power outage and I rejoined the match as soon as possible to help my team, I would really appreciate it if this penalty could be reviewed.
