I dont know what "22.00, I get blocked" means. But the matchmaker stops at 3am PST and doesnt start again until 12pm PST during weekdays.

Are you sure the servers are not just going down? They're open for a limited time every day.

Are you still able to play bot games? Because PvP matchmaking has set hours and closes late at night til the next afternoon.
