Ban system is broken in this game

Just had a game on a 150 ping server with network jitter, getting kicked to hideout and rejoining multiple times. Finished a game, try to queue for another one and get a message that I have been banned from playing this game mode. What was the ban for??The other week there was another instance of me and 3 other teammates constantly getting kicked to hideout during another bot match and rejoining all game - another ban. Why are we getting bans when the issue is on Deadlock's servers?

Yeah this has happened for me as well, hoping in the future at least rejoining matches and seeing them thru negates the ban, if server issues aren't resolved first.

Valve’s broken ban system is no longer a novelty — it’s basically the standard now
