ban for slow loading times?

i have a relatively old pc, but it runs the game fine just takes a bit to load, but despite loading in to the game perfectly fine i was banned for leaving/afk, making the post here as it seems more like a bug than purposeful.
in short, slightly more than 30 second load time = temp matchmaking ban

If this indeed was a sanctioned match, providing related Match-ID(s) certainly could with the troubleshooting.

Worth mentioning:
There is a hard-coded 1-minute / 60-second time-limit to load properly into the matches once having been matchmade.

EDIT: Correction, it is 120-seconds / 2-minutes at least in the current #6,319-version.

(aside for the two quitting early on, those being the Haze and Celeste).
