Ban for AFK But wasnt AFK

When I first load in to deadlock, my first game usually takes a while to load into a game, due to this, i guess loading in the game takes too long it marks that i have left the game, but am able to join back, just now i had a game where this happened and everyone left even after i joined back, due to this it marked i had gone afk and now i have a 6 hour ban, i was curious if there was a fix to this or if its bugged,
