I play with RivaTuner Statistics Server that is included in MSI Afterburner. Stats should be in the top left corner but they are in the middle of the screen. I have 16:9 FHD Monitor so it's not a monitor issue and I have no such problems in other games so it's not a software problem. It looks like game's UI border (or margin whatever) are broken.
