I'm writing this post on behalf of the people who complain about this every day on the Deadlock-ru discord channel.
Almost everyday we have a discussion, that players living in the regions of the Russian Far East spend approximately 1-3 hours searching for their games
Some of them use a VPN, which helps, but causes their ping to go up a lot.
We have a lot of people who really wants to play but they literally can`t find a game
