Bad internet or something else ? I keep having high ping, being stuck while others seem to move fine and other

So i started to play recently since the Street Brawl mode was added. I had a few fine matches, but lately I have been experiencing ping in the 4 digits. My hero is stuck while sounds go on in the background, sometimes moves to another place suddenly, and flies through space, time, and dimensions, and I have to disconnect and reconnect, and it only works for a short while. I also have my camera stuck and can't pick items in Street Brawl. I admit that I use mobile data to play because I am in college and I don't have internet wired or wifi, BUT I also use it for other stuff, for example, I play Helldivers 2 with YouTube in the background, and it runs fine, meanwhile I have nothing in the background for deadlock. So I'm not saying it's the game's fault or mine. I made a post on Reddit, and others seem to experience this, too
