this item would remove all debuffs temporarily for a few seconds allow you full control of your character, when time runs out the debuffs are returned at the exact point they were when you removed them. I would balance the item around adjusting the amount of time the debuff is removed and how much of the buff was returned (an increase in debuff duration to nerf and decrease to buff). I think this item could be an interesting clutch factor in the right situations or as a way to make an escape. Ideally i think this item should be most effective in the early to mid game to help against cc heavy compositions. I think there would need to be a way the item falls off in the late game because i think it could end up enabling some already slippery heroes to much. Not quite 100% sure what i would want this to look like tho.
 
So you buy this against Dynamo and the hero just stops existing? This is even more broken than Black King Bar in Dota.

naw you can still get re crowd controlled. the item defers current active debuffs, it does not protect you against debuffs / crowd control. For dynmo id imagine you would pop the item have fraction of a second before you get stuck again since your still in the aoe of the ability. there might be an edge case where you could get like warpstone off but at that point your using too cooldown and 2 item slots to counter an ult i think thats balanceable. It would also really punish you for popping the item too early which i think is a good thing.

Probably not the end of the world if an ability is hard countered if things like metal skin exist. Im not familar with dota but based on the description i found Black king bar sounds more like unstoppable. I dont want this item to have the same use case as unstoppable, it should be more of reactionary item / survival tool / hail mary not a reliable god mode.

an example of an intended use case would be solo lane wraith vs haze. say wraith is having a hard time playing around the sleep and is pushed towards there tower but is getting slept and killed. they could purchase the item then use it dash or tp back behind tower then duration runs out and sleep is reapplied. Haze could still poke them down if they werent able to get to cover or could try and keep the wave away from the tower so they can catch up to the wraith after the ability runs out and kills them. other options would be to buy something like slowing hex and try and bait out the cooldown.
