To work around it, I need to clear queue and re-queue the build.
For example, in Match ID 46550182 as Mina, Restorative Locket was queued up, despite it being in Build ID 240025's optional 'Optional Laning' section. It may have something to do with me a few weeks ago manually unqueuing them before clearing my list, but I'm not sure.
Ideally the autoqueue wouldn't queue up the optional items. I think it's trying to adjust to my preferences within the build, but I'm not sure.
