I jumped into a spectating game while in que and my guess is that it joined a game at the same time I connected to the spectating game. This auto kicked me from the game I joined without my knowledge and applied an instant ban. After realizing I was no longer in que I rejoined only to find out I was banned for no reason. I had finished a game the same day a few minutes before with no problems so I do not understand why it happened.
