Austrian Painter, sends trains that force enemies to generate souls

Ability 1:
Mustard gas
Send out a canister of mustard gas that slows and deals damage, healing reduction, explodes if people trigger trap nearby

Ability 2: Blitzkreig meth
Allies near the painter when abilityi s active have bonus move speed and firerate, when the cast time is done, austrian painter goes to sleep and is slowed down for a bit

Ability 3: Painting
Austrian Painter leaves a trail of paint which slows down enemies and if they get caught in it they are tracked and leave dirty footprints around them, making them easier to find

Abiltiy 4: Pleasant train holiday
Send out a massive train that is global like paige ULT, if enemies are c aught they are sent to a reeducation camp
They are forced to farm tier 3s, the souls generated from that go to Austrian painter and his team
If they dont do the camp, they get dealt damage based on how many they missed
Theres more camps the more enemies you catch
So either they take the camps, give oyu souls and dont take any extra damage
Or they disobey and are punished and get dealt damage

Honestly, it's a lot better than complaining about X hero being OP and needing a rework for the umpteenth time.

Even if it's in admittedly poor taste, it still doesn't break the rules.

why would i get banned? i was inspired by my grandfather who fought in world war 2, he was a painter and drafted and actually committed suicide due to the stress, it seems very offensive.
before he died he painted the most beautiful drawings and was a fighter against nazi, im in no way supporting it i just thought i would make a hero based on him
he is my hero and always will be
