Is it my audio device that is causing this very loud bug or is the game? I am not quite sure, but this is the third time I have had this bug happen in my games on this patch. This was clipped last patch but the bug is still persisting into this patch as of 5/3/2026. I cannot play this game if this keeps happening as it is just too loud and happens too frequently in large team fights. It has happened several times when I was alive AND dead, but have also had this happen when spectating other live games in the spectator. Deadlock is the only game that this happens in too, my audio device is fine when it comes to other chaotic games like Apex, DOTA or League.
