Audio and visual glitch with Shivs

First visual glitch, not sure what caused this, but I got it after my death (maybe because I pressed ultimate right before I died). Match ID: 18387335 (~41 min into the game)



Then there's audio glitch that stuck with me: Match ID: 17735024 (not sure what time its started)

OMFG THANK YOU! I have had this audio glitch in almost every Shiv game since the last major patch to the point where I have begun playing the game with the sound effects completely off. Please Devs, this should be an easy fix.
