You've tried lowering the settings to the absolute rock bottom?

It absolutely is, this issue is more about the game failing to render the textures. My FPS is not that awful, Its playable for the most part.

these gpu's seem all to be using kepler or maxwell chips, maybe a common thread

the GTXs 600/700 have a horrible support for DX12/Vulkan API's, so i think you're out of luck with this game for the time being

the game says it uses dx11 in the settings tho

having the same issue on my end

Intel Core i7-3720QM 2.60GHz
GTX 650M 1GB VRAM
32GB Ram
GPU Driver version: 425.31

Vulkan doesn't work at all (don't think it supports 1.3), DX11 produces the same artifacting as OP

I got a driver update today, but it didn't fix the issue. If anyone got it fixed with a driver update, let me know.

Having the same issue, like Kay, Vulkan looks the same as DX's artifacting for me.

I'll try it later on a new laptop I bought with a more modern GPU.

Any GPU lower than the 900 series, you are out of luck. Only thing you can do is upgrade.

Yeah, any Kepler and lower gpu doesnt support the newer textures. Made an recent upgrade to a RX 6600 and that solved the problem entirely.
