Arcane Surge wont increases Dynamo's quantum entanglement's cast range

I tested 3 items: Cultist Scarifce, Trophy Collector, Arcane Surge.

I tested and I found out 2 of ability range increasement is works but Aracne surge's abilty range is not

please fix it, thank you.



attempt 1: normal skill 2 with 3tier


attempt 2: normal skill 2 with 3tier and dash jump



attempt 3: normal skill 2 with 3tier and cultist activated
