Arcane Surge range buff effect expires early after shooting gun

Arcane Surge should grant increased range and duration to the next ability cast.

But when buffing abilities such as Warden Last Stand or Abrams Siphon Life, shooting your gun cancels the increased range/duration, ending the buff earlier than it should.

Steps to reproduce:
- Select Warden and buy Arcane Surge
- Dash-jump to proc Arcane Surge
- Cast Last Stand and stand at max range where it still damages an enemy
- While Last Stand is still active, shoot gun once
- After shooting, the max range of Last Stand immediately returns to normal radius, despite the buffed ability still being cast
- Note that visually the purple Last Stand indicator will appear unchanged, but the ability doesn't actually deal damage within the full previously-buffed range

Will add that the same bug is present for Paradox. If you use Arcane Surge to buff her Pulse Grenade, ANY action other than walking and jumping (this includes using an item, casting another ability, shooting your gun, or even dashing) will remove the Arcane Surge buff on the Grenade. This can easily be seen when the ability is fully upgraded and you dash, which will cause the next pulse to be smaller than the previous one because the range buff disappeared. I tested some other champions with duration AoE abilities (like Dynamo, Seven, and Ivy), but they did not appear to be affected by this bug.
