Arcane Surge raises Djinn's Mark base damage but this buff doesn't apply to max stack activation.
Tested on Mirage in sandbox with and without upgrading Djinn's Mark. I bought only Arcane Surge to have a clear test.
Base damage - 18.6; base damage with Arcane Surge - 28.
[this one is fine] Scenario 1 - get any multiplier before max. Make a dash jump to get Arcane Surge buff. Press Djinn's Mark button to inflict damage.
Expected behavior - damage is inflicted with higher base damage (for multiplier x1/x2/x4 it should be 28-29/57/114).
Real behavior - damage is inflicted with higher base damage (for multiplier x1/x2/x4 it is 28-29/57/114).
[this one is bugged] Scenario 2 - get any multiplier before max. Make a dash jump to get Arcane Surge buff. Shoot target to inflict max damage with Arcane Surge.
Expected behavior - damage is inflicted with higher base damage (for multiplier x8 it should be 224).
Real behavior - damage is inflicted with standard base damage ((for multiplier x8 it is 149).
