Arcane surge is not consumed and not does buff Lycan Curse when activated. This is surprising because surge of power does work with lycan curse.
The arcane surge effect is still on Silver's left arm after transforming early manually (and can still be used on the next ability), the ultimate fire rate buff cap is not increased, and the ultimate duration is not increased.
