When using arcane surge and attempting to target someone with an ability it will not work. The targeting will initially use the extended range, but when attempting to actually click and use it, the range will reset to normal. This seem to be a universal problem at the moment for all characters + items (I assume) based on searching in the history. I understand this probably makes it a duplicate bug report, but I just wanted to show an actual example and report it as general problem and not a specific ability problem (which was the one other bug report on this I found). This seems like it should be prioritized, I definitely won't be buying arcane surge until this is fixed.

After further investigation it seems like the +ability duration does also not work, so the "active" component of Arcane Surge is just not functional at the moment.
