I don't know if there's anything you guys can do on your end but notorious piece of shit kernel level anti-cheat Vanguard, from Riot Games, has been reported to be blowing up Deadlock by multiple people in that thread. Certainly would explain alot about all those performance issues reports with no apparent cause.
