I have notice what I think is a bug with Apollo's ultimate (4).
When stunning Apollo when he is using/charging his ultimate (before the ITANI LO SAHN text fills) with Wraith or Paige's ultimate his ultimate is not on cool down. He can just use it again after the stun ends. If you hold the ult button down as Apollo, to delay it, and the ITANI LO SAHN text fill red, then being stunned out of it WILL put you ult on cooldown. With a character like Seven stunning him out of his ult at any point puts it on cooldown.
I noticed this while playing against an Apollo as wraith. I could also replicate this consistently in the training room when full length cooldowns are left on.

I hope this is an unintended bug and not a design choice as it seems like an inconsistency.
