I, playing Silver, am riding the zipline when I get Apollo ulted. After the initial hit, which deals no damage but time-slows, I get off the zipline and counterspell. The counterspell goes through in the replay (placing the item on cooldown), but I don't receive the heal, and instead take damage from Apollo ult, dying. There are no other enemies nearby (and he is locked out of actions anyways during ult, so nothing else hit me). I was unable to recreate this behavior in the sandbox, with the Apollo ult being correctly counterspelled after I get off the zipline.
It might simply be a byproduct of the game's netcode, though I do not see why my counterspell would show up in the replay (with it going on cooldown) if that were the case.
