Apollo still locked

Don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but Apollo is still locked for me. I cannot switch to him in the lobby or select him to add to my roster before a game.

Thank you, apparently a mod I thought I had removed was still in my files and was causing the issue. would recommend looking in files for anyone else having this problem if disabling all visible mods doesn't work.
