Apollo Riposte not preventing debuffs if already affected by that debuff

For example, if you already have a Shiv bleed stack from his 1 on you and you try to parry a second Shiv dagger, the inital dagger damage gets parried but you get a second bleed stack. Usually if you parry a Shiv dagger while not having been hit by one beforehand, Apollo's parry prevents both the dagger damage and a bleed stack from being applied. Same goes for Paradox 1, if you get hit by the first pulse and try to parry the second or third, you still get another stack despite Apollo riposting and blocking the inital damage.

Other cases that we've found where this happens: Getting Pocket ulted while already being affected by Affliction (Refresher), Decay, Mirage 1, and probably many more abilities or items.
