Pressed 4, dashed and died very close to each other but it didnt use my ult cooldown, after my rejuv popped my screen was locked(couldnt move around with mouse) until i used 4 again and got control of it again.
also when i tried to recreate this in sandbox i got another rejuv bug where if you die while charging ult but dont dash your camera fov stays in the ult fov. couldnt recreate the mouse lock tho
