I was playing my first game on Apollo today and during a midboss teamfight I used my ult, there was a wall behind my target and I clipped through it. The game then placed me in the tunnels with no way of going out, the unstick function or trying to ult back did not work for it. The enemy team had to kill me for me to get unstuck and my teammates had to play 5v6 for a solid portion of the game.
