Apollo Flawless Advance window

If you start channeling while the Flawless Advance chain-cast window is still ticking and you hold your ability long enough for window to expire, you don't get your 2nd or 3rd cast of Flawless Advance. It is kind of misleading. Here is the video of this instance.

Here I could only cast 2 of my Flawless Advances and it already went into cooldown. Is this intended?
