Any spell that "stone" "drag" or any way stop any hero from move makes him come back right to where the enemy lands

Just look how Haze get dragged just because the stone form.

This was always like that, never changed, you drag people down with you with these abilities.

No the report in the example shown is discussing the fact they are moved horizontally when they should only be moved vertically. I Mained Ivy and this is indeed a new bug. She always brought people down with stone form but them being pulled back the the center is new. If they have some momentum they use to be able to get stunned and bounce out of the circle, this was really common and balanced melee Ivy builds a few months back, this bug just increases their effectiveness all the more. It's also obviously visually jarring, I don't see how you believe this could be intended.
