Escargot or Escargo.

He wields a Harpoon or Harpoon speargun as his weapon (possibly 6 ammo mag)

1 - Shoot a Net/Bola and snares first enemy hit

2 - Tap the button to shoot a grappling Harpoon with small range, if an enemy is hit, it will pull that enemy towards you. However, holding down the 2 button instead of just tapping it will charge this grappling harpoon, making it go a lot further with different effects. Upon hitting an enemy with this charged harpoon, you go directly towards them. This charged grappling Harpoon can also grapple towards walls, floor etc.. Perhaps he can even stay perched on walls as long as he doesn't press any buttons after grappling onto one.

3 - Passive - Hitting an enemy with an ability or a single harpoon will mark them, hitting them with another Harpoon will poison them (causing the base Harpoon damage as well as damage over time, poison tipped harpoon) and perhaps give Escargo slight movement speed or even 1 harpoon ammo back. Although, it could instead require a combo of 3 marks instead of 2 to trigger and instead of poison, it could be a burst of damage (Combo: using the snare net which would apply 1 mark, then grappling the enemy applying another, then simply shooting them once to apply the final mark and getting the poison/burst mark to pop.

Any enemies with this temporary mark can be seen by Escargot (even if they walk behind walls or are obscured)

4 - Summon a water zone around Escargo' initial position. This water zone obscures sight to all, but will be potentially incorporating the new Source CS2 Smoke effects to a slightly larger scale. Enemies inside the zone will be afflicted with the mark every few seconds (as long as the player has unlocked the 3rd ability) meaning Escargot can see their outline if they are standing in his ultimate zone. This means he can shoot at them while they are unaware of his position as the water zone will naturally obscure the battlefield. Standing in this zone could also damage the enemies, slow them etc...

(Area denial ultimate + good for ambush)

Potentially have some sort of snail link (like Pocket with frog spirit) or crab/octopus.
