Anti-Support Item

A rework of my one of my older item ideas, to allow pick heroes to counter rescue beam, and to move the buff removal out of curse. I think curse is already too strong as it is, and kinda makes other counter items obsolete, since just rushing curse is way better than getting silence wave or disarming hex. This also gives a bit cheaper option against heroes that like to buff themselves or their allies.

I think removing buffs is a ridiculously strong effect and should only be on T4 items. I agree that curse is too strong, but a large chunk of T4 items are powerful buffs, having a T3 item that counters diviner's kevlar, infuser, colossus, all bridge buffs, etc. while also shutting down characters who rely on their buffs to function (Billy Blasted, Abrams Siphon Life, Seven Power Surge, Viscous Cube, etc.).

I think the reduced healing and barrier are fine though! The debuff duration is short enough that for most people, if they just wait it out and apply the barrier after, they'd be fine, but one misuse of the barrier and it's basically wasted. The healing debuff is a good counter to mcginnis healing aura or dynamo healing if you've got someone in mind to cancel out.

If you want to keep removing buffs, I think this ability needs a much higher cd, so it can't be easily cycled on most T4 buff items in the game. Otherwise, I think instead it could just remove the target's shield specifically. (Though this would still counter Diviner's Kevlar a bit too much)

Hey i know you!

But for this item. I like it, but ide make 1 of 2 changes:

1) remove the healing/barrier reduction as they are already untargetable by allies. this means only aoe spells can effect them (which are likely ults anyways).

2) change it from a single target to an aoe that creates a big black spot on the ground that causes these effects for enemies standing in it. Doesnt make the untargetable but might obscure sight for anyone outside the area.

I think the anti-heal/barrier can go (one of the reasons i liked it is because paige can place barriers on allies without targetting them, with T3 shield). but this item is meant for pick heroes as a way to counter enemies rescue beam/viscous cube or other defensive abilities, so changing it from targeted to aoe would make that worse.

just making it anti-support + anti-shield would probably make it better, curse can keep the buff removal.
