Given the recent surge in popularity of Veil Walker and the fact that we have not 1 but 2 Stealth items along with a Stealth hero, it feels a little weird we don't have ANY anti-stealth items! Here are a couple I worked up, one is Weapon (T4) that is an upgrade to Hunter's Aura and the other is Spirit (T3) that is an upgrade to Bullet Resist Shredder.

Hunter's Senses might seem really strong, but it's a whole bunch of effects that basically only work on Invisible/Stealth heroes. Since it's T4, it needs to be strong given how specific it's effects are. It's an upgrade to Hunter's Aura as that's a natural item to pick for heroes who like to *use* item's like Veil walker and Shadow Weave.
The Spirit item (Veil Piercer) is specifically an upgrade to Bullet Resist Shredder, which is probably one of the least picked items in the game currently, specifically because it's mostly only good on a Hybrid build, and Hybrid items have better picks. The upgrade makes the Bullet Resist shred VERY strong (18%) and comes with the extra bonus of forcing out invisible enemies and hobbles them, making it hard for them to escape. Not impossible, but tough.
I specifically made both items a minimum of T3 as T3 is where the lowest cost Stealth items are available. I didn't want to make the counter to Stealth cheaper than the items that give them.
