Animation Bug With Confirm-cast Billy

If you set Billy's ultimate to be Confirm cast instead of Instant cast, the animation gets bugged. Basically what happens is, while you have the ultimate selected, he just hops up and down repeatedly. It's ONLY while the ability is selected; it goes back to normal when you cast the ultimate or cancel the selection. A few things I noticed about this:

1. This ONLY happens after you've already ulted before. If it's the first time you're ulting Billy animates like normal while the ult is selected.
2. Dying or getting stunned will reset the bugged "state". If Billy ulted before, he'll play his bugged animation while his ult is selected. But if he ults, dies, and then selects his ult, it will go back to the normal animation. Same for if he gets stunned. I only tested on dying and walker stuns, so idk everything that will reset it.
3. The bugged animation persists through movement actions like sliding, dashing or jumping, resulting in some seriously disjointed hitboxes. There's pretty much nothing you can't do that would cancel the animation other than climbing a rope or taking any action that would cancel the ability selection like shooting, choosing another ability or getting silenced/stunned.
4. Billy's model is decently separated from his hitbox while hopping in this animation, meaning this could be abused to unfairly dodge stuff like bullets. It also just makes him bounce around erratically while doing things that should put his model into a predictable state like sliding or dashing.

I tested this a bit in sandbox for a while and it's very easy to replicate. Basically unusable in practice because you'd need to survive long enough to ult twice consecutively as Billy (which Billy players could never do) so I don't think this is super high priority but still worth pointing out.

EDIT: I've also included a short GIF demonstrating what this looks like.6dee0c132a859508355b4685a244fde9.gif
