bullet lifesteal and spirit lifesteal are by far the best value item in the whole game while also not building into anything like leech for some reason. I'd suggest the numbers on those should be adjusted and be ultimately combined into leech because bullet lifesteal is just too good right now on certain heroes like shiv, yamato, and haze, and while paired with berserk-frenzy combo makes them really unfun and borderline braindead m1 spam to play.

well im clearly asking for an adjustment here, its just not normal when I heal 300 hp from m1 and m2 on shiv because my berserk has 10 stacks, also not sure if the haze healing up her whole health bar on max fixation stacks with 1 item should stay. Keep in mind this also scales with weapon damage and promotes the anti fun gun meta that we have right now on most ranks anyway

so because berzerker is overtuned we need to delete two items that already got nerfs?

you have to be standing still for haze to heal even a fraction of her health from bullet lifesteal. she doesn't even build berzerker or frenzy.
