I have alternate cast bound to mouse scroll up and mouse scroll down. For any instant/quick cast ability, scrolling the mouse does not trigger the alternate cast prompt or trigger the alternate cast when used with the skill. The use case that this is affecting for me is Doorman's Luggage Cart. If I bind alternate cast to a key on the keyboard, this prompt is displayed when that key is pressed:
However, when alternate cast is bound to mouse scroll, that same prompt does not appear when I use the scroll wheel. I tested this on other characters and this seems to be true for any ability that is set to instant or quick cast. It works fine for any ability set to confirm cast.
