Alt cast with insta cast doesn't work after last patch

After 10-24-2024 patch alt cast doesn't work with grey talon's rain of arrows
I bound it on mouse3, which worked before the patch

Experienced this too. Alt cast does not work for talon's 2. Tried all the alt cast options.
