Alt-cast prompts remember the original item location

In this screenshot I am holding alt-cast (right-click for me), and you can see that the prompt is for Q but there is no item on Q. When I purchased heal beam I chose Q and then moved it to E.

To reproduce:

1. Purchase heal beam and choose an item slot
2. Hold tab and drag that item to a different slot
3. Hold alt-cast and observe the incorrect item key

I have not tested this with other items.
