Ally teleporter dc and weird [!s:value] sign in start of game, appears in random position on screen

so far ive seen it 3 times in different matches in different places on screen. Easy to remove by pressing escape to refresh hud.
Also you can see where my mole teamm8 got stuck and dc fior like 8 minutes of game, he reapeared after that and teleported to spawn normaly and play game after that, match id: 17754597
